The EVERYbody Project is a nationally recognized, evidence-based initiative designed to help students build resilience, foster body acceptance, and create a healthier campus culture. This isn’t just about improving body image it’s about developing skills that will benefit you personally and professionally. Why Participate? • Boost your confidence. Learn practical strategies to challenge unrealistic beauty standards and embrace body neutrality. • Grow personally and professionally. Gain insights into mental health, wellness, and advocacy skills. • Join a national movement. The EVERYbody Project is implemented at universities across the country. • Make an impact. Help create a campus environment where everyone feels accepted and supported. What to Expect • Interactive, small-group sessions led by trained peer facilitators. • Engaging discussions and activities based on proven research. • A supportive space to share experiences and learn from peers.
