Shabbat Morning Torah Study
Saturday, October 10, 2026 · 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM CDT
Congregation Emanu El · Houston, TX
About this event
During this in-person Torah study, participants will dive deeply into the portion of the week, reading the text, studying classic and contemporary commentaries, and reflecting on how these ancient words speak to our modern lives. The class will be interactive and discussion-based; your questions, insights, and personal reflections will be a central part of our learning. This study is intended for learners of all backgrounds and levels of experience. No prior study or Hebrew knowledge is needed — only a curiosity about Torah and a willingness to learn with others. You are welcome to come every week or drop in whenever you are able; the class will meet year-round.
