About this event
📚🍺 Books, Brews & Brilliant Conversations! 🍺📚 We’re excited to welcome back the Garland Public Library for another evening of great reads and even better conversations! Join us on Thursday, October 8th at 6:30 PM for Celebrities About Town: A Memoir Book Club with Garland Public Libraries. Grab your copy, grab a friend, and settle in for a fun discussion surrounded by fellow book lovers (and, of course, a Lakewood beer or two). 😉 This months pick: My Time To Stand by Gypsy Rose Blanchard We’re big fans of the amazing work our local librarians do — connecting our community, inspiring curiosity, and reminding us that there’s always another story waiting to be discovered. 📖✨ Plus, science says reading is good for you… so consider this your official prescription for a little brain boost, relaxation, and quality time with your community. (Doctor’s orders? We’ll allow it.) 🍻 Come sip, read, and chat with us at Lakewood! 📅 Thursday, October 8th ⏰ 6:30 PM 📍 Lakewood Brewing Taproom
