A Young Adult Virtual Grief Support Group Grief doesn’t end when the funeral is over. Grief & Everything After is an ongoing virtual grief support group for young adults navigating life after the death of someone important to them. This group offers a supportive and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the unique experience of grieving as a young adult. Participants can talk openly about the realities of grief, share experiences, learn coping strategies, and explore what it means to move forward while continuing to carry the connection to the person who died. When: Second & Fourth Monday of each month Time: 6:30–8:00 PM Format: Virtual, Ongoing Year-Round Program A virtual intake must be completed before attending the group , and a registration form is required to participate. Grief changes everything—but you don’t have to figure out everything after alone.
