About this event
The Michigan Makers Market is an indoor shopping event featuring 80 to 100 craft and fine art exhibitors showcasing handcrafted products from Michigan artisans. Vendors sell a diverse range of items including jewelry, home decor, fine art, clothing, and artisan goods. The event attracts shoppers who value locally-made and handcrafted items, with extensive marketing including social media, television, print, and billboards driving attendance in the thousands. The market also features giveaways and make-and-take craft projects. This single-day fall event takes place in downtown Muskegon at the newly renovated VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center, which is adjacent to the Delta Hotel by Marriott and surrounded by restaurants, galleries, and entertainment venues within walking distance.
