About this event
This is a juried craft show organized by the Society of Southern Maine Craftsmen, a non-profit promoting handcrafted Maine-made products since 1968. Vendors display and sell original handcrafted items including woodwork, jewelry, ceramics, fiber arts, and home goods. The event attracts customers seeking quality artisan products and makes an excellent venue for established craftspeople and artisans. Held at Steven's Square Community Center in Portland's accessible downtown location, the show offers free admission to visitors, drawing a community-oriented audience interested in supporting local makers. The event runs two days in late October, positioning it as an early holiday shopping opportunity before the winter season.
