The Santa Cruz Sea Glass and Ocean Art Festival is a beloved 18th annual art market held each November at the historic Cocoanut Grove on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The two-day festival brings together over 60 talented makers showcasing handcrafted sea glass jewelry, ceramics, photography, fabric art, sea salts, soaps and other unique coastal artworks. Visitors pay a five dollar entry fee at the door with children admitted free, and have a chance to win gift baskets donated by artists. The event supports ocean conservation through the Monterey Bay Sanctuary and offers plenty of parking, food, and a full bar. Vendors experience strong foot traffic from collectors and ocean-enthusiasts during this popular weekend autumn festival.
