Drop-in Discovery at Keewaydin Park
Wednesday, October 7, 2026 · 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM CDT
Keewaydin Park · Minneapolis, MN
About this event
Each week drop-in and discover nature right in your neighborhood park! Come outside to explore the park, investigate the curiosities we find, engage in art or experimentation, and enjoy time spent outdoors. Each visit offers a different option for nature exploring — such as constructing with sticks, leaves, and other nature items, trying out animal adaptations for yourself, using tools to take a closer look, and much more! No need to register, just stop on by for free naturalist-guided exploration. Program will be held inside the Recreation Center when environmental conditions are not suitable for safe outdoor play. Contact naturalists@minneapolisparks.org with questions.
