About this event
Root Ball Friday, November 13, 2026 6:00PM – 9:30PM Camp Root Ball brings a fresh twist to Great Parks Forever’s annual fundraiser with an immersive, summer-camp-inspired evening benefiting Great Parks. Rather than a traditional sit-down gala, the 2026 event invites guests to move throughout the Sharonville Convention Center and experience interactive, story-driven stations that bring Great Parks’ mission of protecting nature and inspiring people to explore, learn and care for the outdoors to life. Guests can enjoy substantial dinner-by-the-bite stations, craft beer from Fifty West Brewing Company, a silent auction and live musical entertainment while exploring and connecting throughout the evening. The dress code matches the playful atmosphere—think “sneakers over heels” and casual camp-inspired attire, with a special prize for the group sporting the best coordinated “cabin crew” look. The event is open to guests ages 18 and older, with Camper tickets priced at $175 and Campfire Host tickets available for $275. Proceeds support Great Parks Forever and its work on behalf of parks, conservation and outdoor experiences throughout Hamilton County.
