Take a delicious trip to Buenos Aires during this hands-on Argentine-inspired cooking class. Begin by preparing fresh chimichurri, an herbaceous garlic sauce served with warm, toasted rustic bread. For the main course, learn how to prepare Beef Milanesas with a perfectly golden, crispy coating. Serve it alongside peppery arugula dressed in a bright lemon-Dijon vinaigrette and finished with shaved Parmesan. Complete the evening with an alfajores-inspired ice cream dessert featuring creamy vanilla ice cream, toasted coconut, and a rich caramel drizzle. Important Information: • You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment. • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted • Classes are limited to 18 students. • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
