Registration Required: Students must register through Paws for a Cause to participate. Register on Paws for a Cause Join Leadership & Service for a GSU Service Day at the 26th Annual Youth Leadership Conference, hosted by the Latin American Association on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Oglethorpe University.The Youth Leadership Conference brings together young students from across Georgia for a day centered on leadership, learning, and community. GSU students will volunteer during the morning portion of the conference and help create a welcoming and engaging experience for participants.What will I do?You do not need to select a volunteer role in advance. Once we arrive, GSU volunteers will be divided into groups based on the needs of the conference. Service may include event setup, registration, food distribution, participant support, and other conference activities.Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026Service Time: 8:00 AM–12:00 PMLocation: Oglethorpe UniversityWho: Georgia State University studentsTransportation: Transportation to and from the conference will be provided.Students should plan to participate for the full 8:00 AM–1:00 PM service period. Transportation details, departure time, meeting location, and additional instructions will be sent to registered students before the event.Space is limited. Registration is required.
