About this event
You’re warmly invited to experience WeAddHeart , a simple yet powerful heart-focused practice that helps you connect more deeply with the wisdom of your own heart. Together, we intentionally connect with our hearts and with one another, adding more compassion, coherence, and love to the world. This uplifting practice supports greater health, emotional well-being, and inner peace while fostering meaningful, heart-centered connection with others. It also offers a practical way to contribute to a more compassionate, understanding, and peaceful world by helping raise our collective consciousness. This monthly gathering is part of Unity of Walnut Creek’s heart-centered ministry and is facilitated by Carolyn Janson , a HeartMath® Certified Trainer and Mentor.
