Start with tackling the Wellington itself — complete with duxelles, bacon, and Honey Roasted Carrots aside. Finish with rustic fruit-filled galettes (will change by the season). A luxurious evening of technique and flavor you won’t forget. **GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS** Important Information: • You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment. • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted • Beer, wine and crafted cocktails are available for purchase only. NO BYOB. • Classes are limited to 18 students. • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
