We lost count of the comments urging, “Please do this again next season,” but heard you loud and clear! Join Aimee Elsner, ERYT of Power Yoga Collective beneath our planetarium dome for a 60-minute Deep Flow class. Experience intentional vinyasa flow with longer holds, extended time on the floor, and an emphasis on hip-opening postures designed to release built-up tension and create space in both body and mind. Each sequence supports greater ease, clarity and connection through breath and movement. As you move beneath the stars, shifting celestial visuals surround you, transforming your practice into an immersive journey that encourages both grounding and expansion. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this welcoming class offers a chance to slow down, reset and restore.
