Join us for a weekly women’s movement class with Sister Yasmeen Aossey, a certified yoga instructor with 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Take some time to slow down, move your body, focus on your breath, and reconnect with your well-being in a welcoming sister-only space. Registration is required. Please bring: • Yoga mat • Water A limited number of yoga mats will be available for those who need them.
