About this event
The Silver City Farmers Market is an established weekly farmers market in downtown Taunton, Massachusetts, offering a diverse range of local products. Vendors include producers of baked goods, crafts, eggs, fresh fruits and herbs, honey, jams and preserves, maple products, prepared food, seafood, soap and body products, and vegetables. The market serves community members seeking locally-sourced food and artisan goods while supporting regional agricultural and small businesses. The market operates year-round on Thursdays from 3 to 6 PM at its downtown location near Gough Park in the heart of Taunton. The market accepts SNAP and EBT benefits, making it accessible to a wide range of shoppers. The July to October seasonal emphasis provided represents peak growing season, though the market operates throughout the entire year to connect vendors with year-round shoppers.
