About this event
Are you ready to take a trip to the Tuscan countryside? This cooking class will transport you to Italy! Start the night with a Baked Feta Dip with tomatoes and olives. Creamy Tuscan Garlic Salmon will be your entrée with a sauce full of bursting tomatoes, spinach and all the garlic accompanied by warm, crunchy bread. Lastly, top off your evening with a delicious Spiced Pear Crisp for dessert. **GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS** Important Information: • You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment. • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted • Classes are limited to 18 students. • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
