Take a culinary trip to Tuscany—no passport required! Spend the evening cooking, tasting, and enjoying the simple, vibrant flavors that make Italian food so loved. In this hands-on class, you’ll create a beautiful Tuscan-inspired meal beginning with creamy Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes & Crostini. For the main course, you’ll prepare a bright and flavorful Chicken Piccata with Lemon & Capers, paired with seasonal vegetables. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a rustic Italian Lemon Olive Oil Cake topped with Mascarpone Cream & Fresh Berries. Important Information: • You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment. • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise posted • Classes are limited to 18 students. • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
