Artists compete for substantial cash awards totaling $17,000 and benefit from strong event support including artist hospitality, morning refreshments, and booth sitting services. The event runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days and includes live entertainment, performing arts, and culinary vendors. Founded and presented by the City of Gainesville Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, it stands as one of North Central Florida's premier fall cultural events.
