Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) has shown consistent positive outcomes in research for parents and their children ages 3-10. In fact, it is considered a promising evidence-based mental health practice. During the 10-week course of CPRT, parents will learn some of the therapeutic skills that are used in play therapy.
