About this event
The St. Michaels Farmers Market is a producer-only farmers market featuring fresh produce, local meats, eggs, baked goods, flowers, and craft items from vendors within 60 miles of St. Michaels on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Operating Saturdays year-round from April through November, the market attracts hundreds of visitors weekly to its intimate, curated lineup of 20 to 30 vendors. Located in the public parking lot behind Pemberton Pharmacy in downtown St. Michaels, the market serves as a community gathering place and accepts SNAP, WIC, and EBT benefits. The independent nonprofit market provides vendors with vital economic opportunities while fostering local food systems and sustainable agriculture. Markets include live music and community education programming.
