Surround yourself with books as you take a yoga nidra journey through Valeris. Surround yourself with books as you take a yoga nidra journey for joy. In this 60-minute class, you will be taken on a guided meditative journey through breath work, body awareness, and guided imagery of Velaris. Come and relax among the shelves of Midnights Bookshop, and find yourself in a fantasy world sure to make you joyful. What you will need: Come dressed in comfortable clothing Yoga mat 1-2 blankets Pillow or bolster The class will be led by Jacquelyn , a local certified meditation and yoga nidra teacher.
