Freedom from Smoking is a FREE 7-week tobacco cessation program developed by the American Lung Association and offered to you by St. Elizabeth Healthcare. The program is designed to help you, the nicotine dependent adult, develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. The program gives you options, resources and support to quit for good as well as the support you need to remain smoke free for life. Join today and enjoy the benefits of living a tobacco-free lifestyle.
