YANKEE FAIR 2026 Join us at this quintessential country fair! The barn opens at 8am, and all other booths open at 8:30am. The Yankee Fair and Barn Sale once again joins this Autumn’s calendar on Saturday, Oct 17th. We look forward to you being with us, sharing in the good times and fellowship, and maybe, taking a goodie or two home. We will offer many of the traditional booths that everyone loves, and some new ones including: Quilts, Used books, and two new booths – Sharon’s Cozy Corner Collectibles and Hearts and Hands Crafts, on the main floor of the Fellowship building. SERRV, the Coffee Shop, the Bake Shop, Cheese Booth, and the Fudge booth return on the downstairs level, joined by CCB Art Showplace, a new booth displaying creations from CCB’s talented Artists, available for sale. Autumn Harvest and the Garden Booth will continue in the Courtyard area, and the Silent Auction and White Steeple Inn return to the church building. Our Grill continues at the lower outside level of the Fellowship building providing breakfast sandwiches and lunch selections. Moving to the other side of the campus, Second Hand Rose remains in the parsonage, The She Shed will be showcasing jewelry and other decorative personal and home accessories from the cottage, and the Big Red Barn as usual, will open at 8 am (before the rest of the fair), loaded with furniture and other treasures. This year, kids can join us for fun at the Fun Zone located next to the parsonage in the open lawn, joined by DAWS pet adoption services, who will bring some pups for a meet and greet, and maybe join a loving family! Our theme this year is: “Great Beginnings” – celebrating our nation’s 250th anniversary and our church’s 269th! Your participation and generosity will allow us to donate to Undue Medical Debt, Family and Children’s Aid of Danbury, and the Danbury Animal Welfare Society. We hope you will share the day with us and join in the fellowship!!
