Join us for a very special evening full of food, fun, and fermented history as we celebrate the long, storied legacy of local watering holes across Morris County. Featuring Glenbrook Brewery, Dismal Harmony Distilling, and Rebel Sheep Wine Co., the event will include topical lectures and tours of current exhibit, Fermenting a Communal Spirit: Morris County Taverns, Speakeasies, and Social Clubs. Rain date: October 16th Admission: $25 per person (includes entrance to the event, exhibit, associated lectures, and beverage samples. Limit 5 samples per person. Must be 21 and over. No registration required. Attendees will enjoy... -Unique beverage samples from a local craft brewery, distillery, and winery in Acorn Hall's garden (Samples only. Additional alcoholic beverages will not be available for purchase.) -Food for sale from local eateries (bring your own blanket or chairs to picnic in the garden) -Bite-sized topical lectures in Acorn Hall's restored carriage house. -Exploration of MCHS's current exhibit, Fermenting a Communal Spirit: Morris County's Taverns, Speakeasies, and Social Clubs.
