About this event
As the world outside begins to quiet, November invites us to do the same. Deep Rest: A Reiki & Sound Bath Experience is an intimate evening devoted to the sacred art of turning inward—to soften, receive, restore, and replenish the parts of yourself that may have been neglected while caring for everything and everyone else. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound and the gentle, nurturing energy of Reiki, you’ll be invited to release the need to accomplish, fix, or figure anything out. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. This experience embraces the quiet, receptive energy of the season: restful, intuitive, grounding, and deeply nourishing. For one evening, instead of asking, “What do I need to accomplish?” ask yourself: “What do I need to receive?” Come rest. Come receive. Come home to yourself. Space is intentionally limited to just 12 participants for a deeply personal and restorative experience.
