Poetry at the Grange Thursday, Oct. 8, 6:30-8 p.m. Poets and poetry lovers are invited to the monthly Poetry at the Grange series. Bring a few of your favorite poems or your own poetry to read or recite or just come to listen. In October, Cindy Hill returns to read excerpts from her newly published book “Leed’s Point, A Gothic Novel in Verse,” set in 1702 in the coastal marshes of a West Jersey colony. Be prepared for a little horror, but in sonnet verse. She will also read other horror poetry from “The Raven” and other contemporary collections. If the parking lot is full, park at the Catholic Church just south of the Grange, by the fence.
