Set sail with Island Packers for a one-day-only Halloween adventure through the Santa Barbara Channel. This five-hour scenic cruise blends maritime history, island views, wildlife watching and stories inspired by the Channel’s mysterious past. Guests will remain aboard the Island Packers vessel while exploring tales of remote islands, historic shipwrecks, seafaring legends and the region’s rich maritime heritage. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Costumes Guests are welcome to join the Halloween fun by dressing in costume. For everyone’s comfort and safety, costumes must allow for easy movement around the vessel. The following are not permitted: Masks that obstruct vision Oversized costumes that restrict movement Costume or prop weapons What to Bring Conditions on the water are often cooler and windier than on land. Warm layers and a windbreaker or jacket are strongly recommended. Wear comfortable shoes with non-slip soles. Guests may also wish to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and motion-sickness prevention. Food and Drinks Guests may bring a packed meal aboard.
