About this event
REC Mobile Farmers Market is a weekly mobile farmers market operated by the Regional Environmental Council, a nonprofit food justice organization serving Worcester neighborhoods. The Coes Pond Village Apartments location offers fresh, locally sourced produce including vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, honey, maple syrup, pickled goods, and value-added products sourced from local farms and regional food distributors. The market accepts cash, credit, SNAP/EBT, WIC, and Senior coupons, with special incentive programs available through the Massachusetts Healthy Incentives Program (HIP). This mobile market model brings affordable, fresh food directly to underserved neighborhoods throughout Worcester from mid-June through October each year.
