Join us for an intimate Breathwork experience held in the Azalea Lodge at Mead Botanical Garden. This restorative evening is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your body through a gentle, guided breathwork practice. Leave feeling clear, calm, and empowered with a renewed sense of presense. No experience is needed. Program: Breathwork at the Garden Instructor: Jamie Hollis Date: Tuesday, October 27th Doors open: 5:45 P.M. Program Time: 6:00 – 7:30 P.M. ( Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. ) Location: Azalea Lodge, Mead Botanical Garden, 1300 S. Denning Drive Winter Park, FL (See map for location) What to Bring: A yoga mat and water. Blankets and pillows are welcome too. ( A limited supply of extra yoga mats are available to borrow if needed.)
