The National Apple Harvest Festival returns to the heart of Pennsylvania apple country, offering two full weekends of fall fun in scenic Adams County. Held at the South Mountain Fairgrounds in Biglerville, this beloved event features more than 300 arts and crafts vendors, incredible food, and nonstop entertainment.
