Please note: Due to funding restrictions this training is only open to Northern Los Angeles County and attendees must speak Mandarin Chinese fluently in order to attend this training. Positive Discipline Strategies for Early Educators tackles the growing challenge of managing difficult behaviors in young children—such as aggression, tantrums, and self-injury—by shifting the focus from punishment to proactive, skill-building support. It opens with a compelling statistic: children identified as hard to manage at ages 3–4 have a 50:50 chance of continuing these difficulties into adolescence, underscoring the urgent need for early intervention.
