LOVE Our Schools Day

About this event

On Saturday, October 10th from 8:45am - 12pm, we’ll provide a much-needed refresh of the Del Cerro Elementary School teacher and staff lounge. This fun and creative project will make the lounge a more comfortable and inviting space for teachers and staff to rest during their busy day teaching and caring for our community's elementary school students. It will include painting two small walls, putting together a coffee bar, organizing storage space, setting up new chairs, and hanging bright artwork. We need volunteers who can help prep the walls ahead of time, and volunteers on the day of to make the space come alive! You can sign up to participate at Love Del Cerro Elementary or come to the Welcome Center in the lobby on Sunday. There’s also a celebration lunch following the project that you won’t want to miss, which you’ll receive more information about once you sign up. For questions or more information, email tammy@missionhillschurch.com.
