About this event
The Overland Park Farmers Market is a vibrant, award-winning farmers market serving the downtown community for over 35 years. The market features over 100 vendors offering fresh produce, farm-raised meat, seafood, dairy, baked goods, jams, jellies, pastas, honey, olive oils, flowers, and artisan foods from within 175 miles. Vendors span diverse backgrounds, with some speaking 16 different languages and ranging from urban farmers on one-tenth acre to multi-hundred acre operations. The market attracts approximately 250,000 visitors annually and accepts SNAP/EBT benefits with double-up food programs. Live music accompanies the market experience. For 2026, the season begins April 18 at Matt Ross Community Center before relocating to the new Clock Tower Landing facility later in the season. Saturday hours are 7:30 AM to 1 PM through late September, then 8 AM to 12 PM October through November, with additional Wednesday sessions June through early September.
