How we confirm your email address
Before your message reaches us, we check that the email address is yours. When you press Send, we email a confirmation link to the address you entered. Open that link within 24 hours and press Confirm and send. No message is sent until your email address is confirmed. If the link expires, send the form again.
The confirmation email contains only the link: none of what you wrote, so nobody can use this form to send messages in someone else’s name.
To protect the form from misuse, your message reaches our support team together with technical details of your connection: your IP address, time zone, language, browser and device type, and similar details your browser reports. They are used only for security, to recognise abuse and impersonation, and never for advertising or tracking.
