🥋🍺 BJJ x BREWS is coming to Lakewood! We’re taking Rio Jiu Jitsu off the mats and bringing it to the Beer Garden for a night of Jiu-Jitsu, community and good brews. Never tried BJJ? Perfect. Been training for years? Also perfect. This beginner-friendly class is open to all experience levels, so come learn some fundamentals, get moving and have a little fun along the way. Then stick around because the best part comes after class: beer garden time. Grab a Lakewood brew, hang with the Rio crew and meet some new people outside the gym.
