About this event
Located in Canby, Oregon, this weekly farmers market brings together local growers and producers from the Willamette Valley's rich agricultural region every Saturday morning during the summer and early fall season. From June through September 2026, the market operates from 9 AM to 1 PM, making it an ideal weekend destination for home cooks, gardeners, and community members seeking fresh, locally-grown food and plants. As a farmers market in Clackamas County, this event focuses on direct-from-farm sales, which means you'll find produce at peak ripeness and variety that changes week to week with the growing season. The Willamette Valley's reputation for berries is well-earned, and you can expect to see vendors offering everything from strawberries and raspberries in early summer to marionberries and blackberries as the season progresses. Beyond berries, local farmers bring seasonal vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops that thrive in this region's temperate climate. Nursery vendors are also part of the mix, offering perennials, annuals, and plants suited to Pacific Northwest gardens, making it a one-stop destination for both eating and growing. The atmosphere at a farmers market like this one draws a steady mix of regular customers who plan their weekly meals around what's in season, as well as casual shoppers exploring local options. It's a place where growers know their customers by name and can share growing tips or recipe ideas. For vendors, the Canby location within the agricultural heart of the Willamette Valley means you're selling to an audience that understands and values local farming. The Saturday morning timing and four-month season make this a predictable, accessible selling opportunity for farmers, berry growers, and plant nurseries looking to build relationships with their community throughout the summer months.
