About this event
Located at 123 Grey St in East Aurora, New York, this weekly farmers market brings together local producers and growers throughout the growing season from May through late November. Operating on both Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the market provides a consistent shopping rhythm for residents of Erie County looking for fresh, locally-sourced food and produce. Whether you're an early riser catching the market before your workday or a weekend shopper looking to stock up, the convenient dual-day schedule makes it easy to find what you need. Vendors at the East Aurora Farmers Market typically offer a diverse range of food products that reflect the region's agricultural strengths. You'll find an array of fresh vegetables and seasonal produce, farm-fresh eggs, artisan baked goods, local cheese, and fresh herbs and flowers that change with the season. Many vendors are small-scale farmers and food producers from the surrounding area who grow, raise, or make their products themselves. This direct-from-producer model means you're getting items at peak freshness while supporting local agriculture and small businesses. The market welcomes shoppers from all backgrounds and income levels. In addition to accepting standard credit card payments, the East Aurora Farmers Market is set up to accept SNAP and EBIT benefits, making fresh, healthy food accessible to families using food assistance programs. Senior FMNP vouchers are also accepted, ensuring that older adults in the community can participate in the market economy. This commitment to accessibility has made the market a gathering place for the broader East Aurora community, not just affluent shoppers. If you're a vendor considering where to sell your farm products, baked goods, or value-added food items, the established customer base and regular schedule of the East Aurora Farmers Market make it a reliable option for building a loyal clientele. The market's strong support for payment assistance programs also means your products can reach a wider customer demographic throughout the growing season.
