About this event

As autumn settles into Iowa, Coralville welcomes shoppers and vendors alike to a seasonal pop-up event designed to celebrate fall shopping and local creativity. The Coralville Fall Shopping Event takes place October 24-25, 2026, bringing together a diverse mix of vendors and crafters in one convenient location. This type of pop-up event differs from year-round markets in that it capitalizes on the seasonal rhythm, fall is when shoppers are actively hunting for holiday gifts, home décor, and seasonal goods, making it an ideal time for vendors across multiple categories to connect with customers ready to spend. You'll find the typical breadth of a mixed vendor pop-up here: handmade crafts, home goods, artisan products, seasonal décor, jewelry, apparel, and small-batch goods from local makers. Pop-ups like this one attract both established craft vendors looking to test new markets and emerging makers seeking their first selling opportunity. The two-day format allows vendors to build momentum, with Saturday shoppers often returning with friends on Sunday or word-of-mouth bringing new crowds. The fall timing means attendees are in a particular mindset: they're thinking about Halloween décor, Thanksgiving entertaining, holiday gift-giving, and those cozy-season purchases. Shoppers tend to be a mix of locals seeking unique, handmade alternatives to mass-market retail and visitors drawn by the seasonal appeal and community feel of a curated pop-up. For vendors, this means customers who value the story behind products and are willing to pay for quality and originality. If you sell crafts, goods, or products with seasonal appeal or year-round demand, the Coralville Fall Shopping Event is worth considering as a venue to reach engaged shoppers during one of retail's most active times of year. The concentrated two-day format keeps setup and breakdown manageable while maximizing your exposure to the fall shopping crowd in Iowa's Coralville area.
