About this event
Happening twice monthly on the second and fourth Saturdays, this pop-up brings together artisans and crafters in the heart of downtown Fernandina Beach. Located at 506 Centre Street on Amelia Island, the Fernandina Beach Arts Market runs year-round from 9 AM to 1 PM, making it a consistent destination for both locals and visitors looking for unique handmade goods. The bi-weekly schedule means there's always something fresh to discover, with vendor lineups rotating to keep the selection dynamic across the seasons. The market draws a mix of independent artists and makers who specialize in handcrafted items like jewelry, art, pottery, textiles, and other locally-created goods. You'll find everything from fine art and prints to wearable pieces, home décor, and artisan crafts that reflect the creative community of Amelia Island and surrounding areas. The morning timeframe works well for early birds and those looking to browse before other weekend activities, creating a relaxed pace that encourages conversation between vendors and customers. The pop-up format keeps things intimate compared to larger festivals, which means easier browsing and often more direct access to the makers themselves. This is the kind of event that appeals to shoppers seeking one-of-a-kind pieces with a story behind them, rather than mass-produced items. The downtown Centre Street location means foot traffic from the broader community, combining both intentional market visitors and casual passersby exploring the historic district. Whether you're selling original art, handmade jewelry, crafted home goods, or other artisan products, the twice-monthly cadence gives you regular selling opportunities without the long-term booth commitments of larger venues. With year-round operation, the Fernandina Beach Arts Market offers consistent visibility and sales potential across spring festivals, summer tourism season, fall transitions, and winter holiday shopping.
