About this event
The Columbia Farmers Market is an open-air farmers market located at Riverwalk Park in downtown Columbia, featuring local produce, fruits, vegetables, locally raised meats, fresh eggs, herbs, honey, jams, baked goods, fresh flowers, and hand-crafted items from regional artisans. The market operates year-round on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with robust vendor participation during the peak season from May through October. Shoppers find fresh, seasonal goods sold directly by local farmers and artisans, supporting the surrounding community farms. The market maintains a family-friendly environment and accepts SNAP/EBT benefits. Competition for vendor spaces is strong, with limited availability.
