About this event
Set in the scenic Ozark region near Hindsville, Arkansas, this juried craft fair draws vendors and shoppers seeking authentic handmade goods and original artwork. Taking place October 15-18, 2026, the War Eagle Craft Fair maintains high standards through its application and jurying process, ensuring that participating vendors are genuine makers of their own work. This commitment to authenticity appeals to both serious collectors and casual shoppers looking for unique, quality pieces you won't find in mass-produced retail settings. The four-day format gives the event substantial draw, allowing vendors to build connections with repeat customers while attracting fresh crowds throughout the weekend. Handmade and artisan vendors thrive at fairs like this, where shoppers actively seek out crafted items with real stories behind them. You'll find everything from fine art and jewelry to home décor, pottery, textiles, woodworking, and specialty crafts made by the artists themselves. The juried nature means the vendor mix maintains consistent quality, which benefits both the exhibitors and attendees. This type of event typically draws art enthusiasts, gift shoppers, and people who value supporting independent makers over factory production. Fall timing gives the War Eagle Craft Fair additional appeal as October approaches the busy gift-buying season. People are thinking about the holidays, hosting gatherings, and decorating their homes for autumn and winter. The early-October window positions vendors perfectly to capture both seasonal shoppers and those hunting for distinctive gifts well before the holiday rush intensifies. If your handcrafted work aligns with autumn aesthetics, home décor, gifts, or wearables, a fall craft fair on the Arkansas calendar offers solid foot traffic and motivated buyers. The application process runs continuously beginning each November, so planning ahead for the following year's event makes sense for established vendors.
