You must register in advance. ***This class will be held in-person only*** An all-levels, gentle, and inclusive yoga class designed to help boost your body’s immune system, improve balance, and achieve a greater sense of well-being. Gentle tapping, meridian tracing, and self-massage are incorporated with gentle yoga postures and breath-work. This is a mat-based class.
